2000 SERIES FORKLIFT LOADABLE
STEEL PIPE Rack
Designed to perfectly support the needs of a hard day on the job, the 2000 Series Forklift Loadable Rack is the top choice for Rack-it users who want the versatility of protected rear hand loading, as well as the ability to load large materials from the side via a forklift. Manufactured with Schedule 10 American steel, this rigid metal with a .120 wall is the strongest and most durable metal used for truck Racks, providing reliable support for whatever you throw at it. Each Rack is powder coated stock with a base primer coat and topped with a powder coat in your choice of gloss black, texture (matte) black or white, these racks are built to withstand a beating and get the job done.
Our 2000 Series Forklift Loadable Racks are engineered for the workday, designed with a dropped side bar design, allowing for easy forklift loading on the left or right. Still want to hand load from the back? The 2000 Series brings in not just one, but two sets of the 1000 Series signature Candy-Cane rounded endpoints, protecting your materials at the back and front, making it easier to slide and load large pieces by hand – all while adding style to the Rack. Our unique interlocking Modular design delivers the same reliable strength you expect from a Rack-it, all in a single shippable package. Easily assembled and maneuvered during installation, the Rack-it 2000 Series also delivers one of the quietest rides on the market. Offering unmatched strength and stability, our Forklift Loadable Rack provides a versatile and efficient solution for any hand and machine loaded materials you need to haul.
We know performance is all in the details, so we’ve custom designed every Rack for Make, Model and Year-specific fitting. Whether you have a standard cab, extended or crew, short bed, long bed – we’ve designed a Rack for you.
- The Rack was designed with beveled edges to guide the pipes together properly while the nuts are welded on the inside of the tube to eliminate alignment issues. When you insert the bolt it immediately meets up with the pre-placed nut, making assembly quick and easy like no other Rack, all while providing the same strength as a Modular system.
Rack-it 2000 Series Rack Features
Custom built for each truck, Rack-it conforms to the body lines of the vehicle, eliminating drag and complementing the look of the truck.
Double weld-in gussets at each cross bar and cab overhang provide maximum structural integrity, creating an even stronger frame resistant to snapping.
We’ve added our Candy-Cane rounded endpoints to the overhead cab section to provide additional protection for your materials and encourage self centering of the load.
Full-length formed angle iron mounting provides unmatched structural support and helps distribute weight evenly on your truck’s bed rail.
We've built our Racks with hooks for ratchet tie-downs and ropes: the solid steel rope hook is fully welded to each of the steel uprights for ultimate strength in safely securing your load.
We use only Schedule 10 American steel, durable and thicker than our competitors. It resists bending, denting and flexing.
Our convenient dropped side design allows perfect forklift loading from the left and right side.
We’ve included a removable rear bar for versatility. When in place, the support bar aids in carrying longer loads. The bar is fully welded and is designed to safely support the rear structure of the two main tube rails.
Quick release ring pins make the bar easy to remove.
With the tailgate down and bar removed you can handle large items easily, so even taller loads won’t stand in your way.
The entire Modular Rack is packaged securely in a one box system which includes all the hardware required to assemble the Rack – and it can be shipped anywhere. The final assembled Rack creates a singular unit support cage over the bed and cab, providing support for supplies and protection in the event of an accident.
No drill mounting is required with our unique Mega Clamp accessory item.
